Dear parents/guardians of former Bigelow 8th graders now entering Newton North High School,
Welcome to Newton North! We hope you enjoyed the summer break.
We encourage parents to get involved in school activities. Your help is essential, and helping out is a great way to feel connected to the school--and to see the interior! We will need volunteers for several dates coming up in September and October, so watch the NNHS PTSO website (www.northptso.org) for specifics.
For now, we ask that you do the following quick tasks:
1. PLEASE GIVE US YOUR DIRECTORY INFORMATION!
Complete a web form with your family's contact information at http://www.northptso.org/nnhs-ptso-telephone-directory.
In order to publish your correct information in this year's directory, we need to hear from you by September 10th, 2010. Directories will be available for pick up at Back to School Night (October 7, 2010).
2. PLEASE PAY YOUR PTSO DUES!
Please pay your PTSO membership dues (which will entitle you to a directory) in one of these ways.
- Pay online at http://www.northptso.org/content/pay-your-dues-now.
- Mail a check with the dues form on page 30 of the Newton North High School Information Booklet, available on the Newton North website at nnhs.newton.k12.ma.us.
Please be aware that paying membership dues does not update your directory information. ?
3. PLEASE JOIN OUR EMAIL LIST!
· Sign up to receive important school-related email notices as well as our PTSO email newsletter, Tiger News. Go to www.NorthPTSO.org and click “Sign up for our Email Newsletter.”
· Bookmark the page for frequent updates.
